Acai Berries are a SCAM!!
Posted on March 9, 2009Filed Under Weight Loss |
I recently received the following comment from a reader:
Holly
xxxxxxx@yahoo.com | xx.xx.xxx.15I am really curious because i saw this same before and after picture of you, a mom from Irvine, on another site promoting a cleanse and Acai????
My Response:
After reading this comment, I did a Google search for before and after weight loss photos acai berries and I COULDN’T BELIEVE MY EYES!!!!! THREE DIFFERENT WEBSITES have illegally dowloaded my photos and my persona to promote their scheme for weight loss–acai berries. One of the sites using my illegally obtained photo is promoting a colon cleanse. I can’t tell you how terribly upsetting this is!!!!
For the record, my personal photos are intended only for SheGoddess. Also, I do not promote acai berries or colon cleansing for weight loss. In my opinion, acai berries are a scam. Sadly, the weight loss industry, which by the way, is a billion-dollar a year industry, knows how to prey upon individuals desperately trying to lose weight.
Stay clear of false promises like acai berries or colon cleansing!
Thank you Holly for bringing this to my attention!
Best Wishes,
Vas

Why do you have advertisements for Acai berry products at the top of your website if you believe them to be a scam. Your message is unclear.
Yes, I agree; it’s confusing.
Google automatically selects the ads that appear on blogs by the keywords used in the post and its title. In this case, they did not pick good ones. Thanks for your comment.
